survey to rate a agent performace post completion of call

My requirement is post completion of all incoming and outgoing call should get transfered to survey to rate the agent between 1 to 5 where 1 lowest and 5 largest.
And where these output get captured OR get stored. How to full fill my requirement. Your support is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There is an "After Call Survey" option in In-Groups, but it is not mandatory, the caller is asked when they enter the queue if they want to participate.

Adding a new option to this to make the survey mandatory, and not ask about it before queueing, would be 2 hours of work. If interested in having us do this, contact support@vicidial.com
