Hi all, can anyone help me I want to customise my agent screen so its a total different layout and maybe add a chat box so managers can talk to agents.

There is already chat as an option in the agent screen, this was added a few weeks ago.

As for a totally different layout, the code is open-source, so if you can rearrange PHP/Javascript/HTML, then you can customize it in any way you like.
