Hi .. I have posted earlier also about the new UI we have been working on, It is now been used in production at many places and includes following featured
1. Based on vicidial 2.2
2. No separate sip phones or sip user logins, voice works in-browser ( yes )
3. Custome fields with designer for both main screen and disposition forms
4. New clean interface

Is Source Code available in Public ?

right now we are planning to provide this as a hosted solution at 35$/user per month (voip minutes separate) for both inbound as well as outbound..

source code is in 2 parts
1. vicidial code (AGPLv3)
2. our extension to vicidial and the new UI (GPLv3)

so currently it is not available to download (only the vicidial part can be downloaded)

"only the vicidial part can be downloaded" means ??

well AGPLv3 license allows the code to be mixed with GPLv3 code, and only AGPL license requires the code be available to download if it is being served as a web service not the GPL

please feel free to try out the setup here IP : 50.19.190.160 user : "TEST" password "temp1234"

Please note that you will need to select "allow" on flash settings for MIC to work (else only speakers will function)

Please also note that because of the small capacity machine only 3-4 simultaneous login will work

1. For now I have filled only 2 fields in the dynamic forms and no forms in any of the dispositions.
2. you can test call by logging in at 2 places and dialling (manually) another users Session ID

Just for reference, Vicidial is AGPLv2, not AGPLv3.

yes Matt.. it is.. 2.2.1, I have forwared ported it to 2.2.1 from earlier 2.0.x

PS> I have shared the sources earlier too.. but I am not sure It will be of any use to Vicidial project because of heavy forking.

currently it is a custom install in following order
goautodial 2.x
some db changes for custom fields and other features
flash media server
flash sip
new UI in place of agc

currently I have deployed the code manually
the source will not work without all the changes which I am still documenting, please message if you want to have the installation/documents as soon as they are ready

I found this interface on the vicidial issue tracker and I have been trying to get it to work with both goautodial install and vicibox install... Am I just missing the flash server or are you using that for your softphone only?

This interface only will work with a 2.2.1 install. It does not have most of the features added in the svn/trunk updates for the last year and a half, and the custom fields are not compatible with vicidial 2.4 custom fields.

yes, we will be forward porting most of the features from 2.4 when it is out, but custom fields are built differently and will remain as is..

you might have an older version based on 2.0.x release not forward ported to 2.2.1

red5 he is installled and sipphone too .

but i don'r hear any voice i thibk they are a probleme with rtmp

i have two question please

1:i have use vicidial leads with csv or txt format and i have upload it ; but the webclient agent screen i see it just asterisk try to ringing the phone number without the phone_code and the phone code i have put it in the lead loader also they are any field in the agent interface about all information that found in my lead uploaded nothing ?

2:it is only phone 6001 used to access agent crm to all logged user or each user follow a phone ?

1. first you will need to define your CRM screens go to admin-->admin tools-->CRM editor and create your interface

then use admin-->admin tools--> data loading to upload xls file format of data..

2. every logged in user gets a separate phone id automatically.

in the admin-->admin tools-->CRM editor how it know for exemple to show the filed of my number phone do i need to call variable phone_number ...

and for admin-->admin tools--> data loading to upload xls file format of data.. how we do the same thing as the classical vicidial lead upload

you need to map the excel headers to the first 5 fields in the dataloading page rest are not mandatory..

so for example in the exce if you name phone number column header as "MainPhone", then put "MainPhone" in the dataloading page where it asks for "MainPhone Field "


the first 5 fileds are the classical vicidial mapping fields
Status = status
Name Field = first_name
PhoneCode Field = phone_code
MainPhone Field = phone_number
AltNo Field= alt_no
Vendor_Code Field = vendor_lead_code

for PhoneCode Field = phone_code it not found in the 5 classical mapping ?

and what about the reste for exemple address etc...

please note that dialing of numbers is exactly same as of vicidial (phone_code, phone_number).. the only change is the mechanism of data loading

say for example you want to load some sample data, then create an excel as following

phonecodes phonenumbers names
123 123456 testName
123 123456 testName
123 123456 testName

in the dataloading page
Name Field = names
PhoneCode Field = phonecodes
MainPhone Field = phonenumbers

and upload.. dialing will happen as usual

if you want this information to display in the main screen then you need to create these 3 fileds in CRM editor with same names (phonecodes phonenumbers names)
