has more then that.. we had custom fields since more then 2 years now.

So you forked at Vicidial 2.0.5 ... if your system is hosted of course the source code for your system is made available to all your clients upon request? or is your system installable at a client site?

agpl3 allows the code to be mixed with gpl3.. so we have sorted all of out code separate in gpl3 licensed files.. that gives us the freedom to host the code on our servers and not release to the clients

You have reason to brag...... This is a nice looking setup.

If you integrate with 2.4 you will have to keep the copyright and download links intact since they are now a part of the released code. Removing them or altering them will put you in violation of the AGPLv2 license.

2) As you are obviously new here, I have some suggestions to help us all help you:

When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your installation method and vicidial version with build.

This IS a requirement for posting along with reading the stickies (at the top of each forum) and the manager's manual (available on EFLO.net, both free and paid versions)

You should also post: Asterisk version, telephony hardware (model number is helpful here), cluster information if you have one, and whether any other software is installed in the box. If your installation method is "from scratch" you must post your operating system and should also post the .iso version from which you installed your original operating system. If your installation is "Hosted" list the site name of the host.

If this is a "Cloud" or "Virtual" server, please note the technology involved along with the version of that techology (ie: VMware Server Version 2.0.2). If it is not, merely stating the Motherboard model # and CPU would be helpful.

No, we never did add dynamic conditional questions.

Lime Survey can provide this functionality. If you use tokens to bounce the agent to the correct record in LimeSurvey you can then perform almost any known skip logic and/or conditional branching functions required for any form of Survey system.

We (PoundTeam) also have what we like to call the DummyDialer which provides a split-screen interface showing Formattable Questions (with smaller notes to the agents when needed for emphasis, clarity or "other") which can then branch to the next question based on the answer (IE: If "Yes" go to question 8501, if "No" go to question 8502, or if "Over 18" go to ... you get the idea, two possible options/branches for each question).

DummyDialer is a modification for the Vicidial Agent Screen which has only been created for Version 2.4 and would obviously need to be upgraded for 2.12 or whatever version you're running. It's Open Source, however installation/upgrading is not free. The same system is also capable of sending email to the prospect "NOW!" and sending another email to the prospect's 2nd email address if the first one fails. The emails are configurable on hot buttons and do NOT need to reside on the Vicidial server (any web server can host the mail templates with a simple syntax for swapping in the prospect information). Additionally, the screen has "quick dispo" buttons so the agents don't need to see the dispo screen at all and has a very limited view of the prospect data since most campaigns only require a few fields in the first place. The system "dumbs down" the screen and simplifies operations dramatically.

now my agents have been having a problum with the form ill try to explain as best as i can on the matter and ime hoping its somthink simple

so a call come's in and form swiches to new tyb ...all looking good then disbo and wate for new call
when new call comes in then swices to new tyb its blank ....ok np just RESET FORM but it dont work page is still blank gutted so swich back to main tyb to see client details and finish up call {disbo}
then new call coms in and swices to form tyb and its working agen

from what i can see when call fineshes it dusent all ways reset the form when call is disbo so when new call arrives thirs a mixup an form wont show..i could be rong or it cold be somthink elce please help as ime getting bad feed back

The form will only work when the lead that lands in the agent screen has custom fields. If the lead was loaded into a list that has NO custom fields ... the form will remain blank.

So: Next time it happens, capture the lead information and see what list it's in compared to one that DOES work.

yep one list was missing new fealds think it hapend when i coppied from 1 to another i was shore i did them all but 1 must not of remember its settings eney way i reapplyed and all was good
