sip-vicidial.conf has no entries

Hello guys,

I just recently updated to the 2.0.5 svn trunk of vicidial to fix the voicemail issue and after the upgrade the sip-vicidial.conf has no autogenerated entries.

Did you go to the server entry and set the rebuild field to Y?
