VICIDIAL-Outbound-Autodialing

Postby asteriskvairam » Mon Feb 23, 2009 7:20 am

Hello Friends,

I have configured VICIDIAL to use automatic outbound dialing. Manual Dialing is working fine. But when i do auto dialing, i couldn't see the leads in conference panel(Where to see customer details). How to configure autodialing?.

Here is my configuration while i create campaign

1.Hopper Level set as = 50
2.Dial Method = Auto Taperd
3.Auto Dial level = 3.0
4.Available only tally = y
5.Drop Percentage limit = 3%
6.Maximum Adapt Dial Level=3.0
7.Latest Server Time=2100
8.Adapt Intensity Modifier=2-More instance
9.Dial Level Difference Target=2-2 calls waiting for agents

But lead is not loading to vicidial_auto_calls tables.

Enyone could you guide me.

Thanks

Vairam k
