Matt,

What does PU stands for in the dispositions for survey dialing? Are there any other dispositions on survey and broadcast dialing?

What version of vicidial are you using?

PU stands for Picked Up, and it is the status that all calls are set to as soon as they are picked up. It usually means a quick hangup, the customer did not hear the message.
