report issues?

Hello:

I have got the 2.0.5 svn version and have got big troubles with the reports.

Every report that I use, brings me different results.

for example:

with user_stats.php I get:

Actually I am getting crazy.


Some help would be so appreciated.

I am using manual mode through sip trunks for all the calls.


I bought the manual but didn´t find help in there for the troubles!!!!!!

This data is with only one agent.... you can imagine when we are using 30 or more!!!!

What is the build and version of vicidial.php?

With manual dial there are many issues with reporting because of the state of the call when it was hung up by the agent and whether it was an established call that had received an Answer signal. Also, what country are you dialing in and what is your carrier?

I am using a telmex sip trunk.

I have realized it in the past with other sip carriers like net2phone and peoplecall.
