Try following the SCRATCH_INSTALL guide:

I have previously setup a number of servers using the scratch install guide, some of them being remote after installation of Slackware. In this case, I cannot physically be at the site and need to give someone without any knowledge of setting up linux a small CD by which they can boot the machine and then give it a network address. Following this process, I can take over and follow the scratch install. Is there a boot CD that can help me to do this out there? Thanks for any help.

Hi

this case you need to have Ip based console
so you can see right from boot bios.

any distro with PXE enable will do the basic job.

or download debian 30MB Image, or any other single CD
