[Ann] Workload forecasting add-on released by Lokad

Thanks to the support of a few people here, I have released Lokad Desktop Workload Forecasting, an open source add-on for VICIDIAL.

The add-on provides hour, half-hour and quarter-hour forecasts for future inbound call volumes. Forecasts are purely statistical (i.e. based on historical data). Accurate activity forecasting is critical in order to optimize staffing levels.

Disclaimer: the add-on is open-source, but requires a paid a subscription on Lokad.com to be fully functional.
