potential new user

Hello-
I am hoping someone can answer a few questions for me. We currently use asterisk to provide VoIP services for multiple clients as a hosted service. We would like to provide some call center applications for those clients. Here are the questions:
1) Does VICIDIAL provide any type of reporting capability? (agents stats, call abandonments, etc)
2) Does it directly support call monitoring and barge in?
Any help would be appreciated.
