Hello all,
I've been poking around the admin gui and manager manual and can't seem to find a report that would give me something like this. I swear I saw it in the past. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for posting your system specs. What you appear to describe should not include the word "average", since you are not averaging but "counting'. There are counts for call statuses, but I do not recall seeing a report for call lengths with counts. obviously such a report would not be particularly challenging to make, I just don't remember having seen one.
Are these for inbound or outbound calls? Inbound reports have some wait time counts, but not talk time counts by sections ... that I have no recollection of bumping into.
