vicidial_live_agents list of statuses

Hi, what are the list of statuses captured in vicidial_live_agents table? I can see in the real-time report that a user is in Dead status, but when I query on the vicidial_live_agents table where status is Dead, I cant find any records which status is Dead. So, I was wondering if that table will really have a "Dead" status, or how do we capture users in "Dead" status on the vicidial tables?

The DEAD status is not listed in the vicidial_live_agents table. That status as shown in the Real-Time Report and the Non-Agent API is determined by other factors, which you can see in the programming of those PHP scripts.
