How to convert .iso to diffrent image file

How do I convert .iso into different image file since im using cloud server(digitalocean) and will upload a custom image but .iso is not applicate for the cloud server(digitalocean).

Yes I already did sir however it seems I cannot grasp it how its done and it's not working when I do it :(

what type of file are you trying to turn it into?

any type of files sir on below thats their supported type.
.img
.qcow2
.VHDX
.VDI
.VMDK

Error sir when uploaded on digitalocean

DigitalOcean: We don't support the format of your image. Please try again with a supported image format (raw,qcow2,vdi,vdhdx, or vmdk).
