Hello,

I have a cluster setup with 2 server,s. 1 DB and another ( web+dialer). Problem is both server experiencing high load. Like DB is around 200% and dialer is around 300% as data available with TOP command. As results agents are getting 2 calls same time and pause automatically.

I have 50 agents for outbound ratio dialing. Using alaw codec. am I missing something ?

Which version of vicibox is this? I strongly recomment a SVN update. You have asterisk 13 combined with an older SVN. Asterisk 13 bugs are still getting fixed till this day. You could also downgrade to Vicibox 8.0.1 with asterisk 11.

it is vicibox 8.1 . it seems bug. i will downgrade and check once.
