campaign recording not capturing park call

Hi Sir Matt,

Is it normal that it won't capture the park call music in campaign recording? I tried already the allcalls and allforce settings but it seems its not capturing. But in DID recording it captures the recording from start to end including park call music.

Is it possible to capture also the park call music in campaign recordings?

Correct, the "campaign" recordings are the recordings of the agent, not the customer. The customer's park music is not recorded on them because they are agent-based.

No, those are two completely different recording methods launched in completely different ways, they are not interchangeable.

Not within Vicidial. It would require customization of the system.
