Simple CallBack

Hi. Prompt in what side to look. It is necessary to realize simple callback. The client rings on number which throws off directly a call and puts this number in queue on callback. For today I realized it so
DID->DID Route=IN_Group
DID->In-Group List ID=321
InGroup->Drop Call Second=0
Campaign->ListWithinThisCampang=321
Campaign->DialStatus=timeout
But in case of such diagram the call is dropped not directly and in the beginning picks up the phone and already then throws off a call.

1) When you post, please post your entire configuration including (but not limited to) your Vicidial Version with build (VERSION: 2.X-XXXx ... BUILD: #####-####). This is available on almot all admin pages in the bottom left corner.

2) "simple" is your way of saying "this should be obvious for everyone", but vicidial is technical and capable of so many configurations that nothing is ever simple. So here's my question to try to decipher what you're asking:

* Prospect Calls in but not enough agents are available to take the call. The call is dropped by Vicidial. And you want to automatically call this prospect back.

or

* Prospect Calls in but but hangs up due to too much wait time. And you want to automatically call this prospect back when an agent is available.

or

* Prospect Calls in and you want Vicidial to automatically set up a callback and then hang up the call (perhaps after playing a message).
