Multiple Call Dispositions Requirements

We have requirement to select multiple call disposition, can we manage it in vici?

VERSION: 2.12-541a BUILD: 160306-1053
Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici, libpri-1.4.15 with DAHDI Version: 2.11
Dell R720 – No additional hardware.

Do you mean you want to select e.g. 2 statuses for one lead at the same time? Something like "SALE" and "XFER" at disposition screen? It's not clear for me what you mean.

Yes, our call flow requires that agent select multiple call disposition code, like "Sales" & "Follow-up" etc

We have had clients do this using external systems, then just choosing the one main disposition to stay within the VICIdial system. But VICIdial only has space for one status per call entry and only one current status per lead.

Another way around this is defining your own special statuses for all logical combinations you need like for example:
The Status must be 1-6 characters in length, the description must be 2-30 characters in length

Status: SALEXF
DESCRIPTION: Sale + Call Transferred
or
Status: SALEFO
DESCRIPTION: Sale + Follow-up

and so on...
