Lost routing for inbound calls

Hi!
I have a weird problem , today my customer number is not routing the calls. When I call to my number the call go into rigth callmenu but when I dial again the callmenu dosnt hear, just air , after 30 seconds the answer machine from provider answer me. I checked the call in the cdr of the provider so it is good , they route the calls but never comes
The weird is that almost works fine , if I do 5 calls works 3 and fails 2

The call is answered inmediately but doesnt appear in asterisk never come to asterisk

I am using Voip.ms for inbound
