Hi
Is Vicidial still compatible with Queuemetrics? How many agents do you need to make it practical?
Thanks
ken

Yes, VICIdial still works with QueueMetrics. As for the number of agents, you can have as many as you want. Just keep in mind that you have to buy QM on a per-user license.

QueueMetrics isn't "Practical". It's a Need-based reporting tool. There are open-source methods, but they are not identical to QM. If this information is necessary, exactly like it is designed in QM, then QM is your tool. But it's not cheap, and it's not a one-time fee.

If you have needs that are "close" to QM, open source is often the way to go. If for no other reason than it *is* a one-time fee and you can alter it any way you like in the future. (For another one-time fee, but only if *you* want to make a change).

The Vicidial Group can make any individual custom report you want.

Oddly enough, of course, so can PoundTeam. I may be a little biased, though. 8-)
