Hello,

We have installed vicidial 2.12 version. We need to use on hook feature of incoming call via mobile call landing.
i.e : We are login into agent panel via on hook feature. When any incoming call landing its ringing on mobile phone in place of agent extension number.
When we answer the call, call make the LIVE on agent panel.
Can you please suggest us. How we can full fill this requirement.
