Hi Guys,

Has anyone got a way to determine which agent alter the customer data on a certain lead id in vicidial. im trying to find it on the vicidial search lead or even from mysql database but i got nowhere to find the history of the lead_id being changed by an agent.

I want to know whats the previous customer record before it was changed by an agent just like admin change log.

Hope, someone can help me point to the right direction if its on a certain table from asterisk and may do share their query.

If you want to find out what the record looked like originally, that is not stored anywhere in the system.

If you want to find out what agents have modified that record, that will be shown in the Modify Lead page.

Yes, I checked also the modify lead page. The problem is that which agent who modified the customer record, if it passes 2 or 3 agents already. Is it agent no.1, 2 or 3?
Definitely some of them could remember with a funny data they called, but one of them did changed it and can do remember what he/she did.
