One of the largest files we have is NA (no answer autodial) but the file is so large that including as a dialable status will severely slow down the dial strategy and this is because we have over 100k NA's. I was wondering if there is a hack/patch/tool that would allow NA to be used like New is used in the list order:

Current:
Random 2nd new
Random 3rd new
Up 2nd new
Up 3rd new
Down Count 5th new.....and so on

Desired to test:
Random 2nd NA
Random 3rd NA
Up 2nd NA
Up 3rd NA
Down Count 5th NA.....and so on

This would be valuable to catch the leads up to NA and then moving forward would just have NA as a dialable status. The reason we want to test dialing NA's is because when we manually dial a file we find good contacts but the autodial VDAD counts NA for various reasons. Our team would only need "Random 3rd NA" to start and see if the strategy is successful.

Any thoughts on if this can be done?

That is not currently an option.

We have had clients that changed the status of leads to NEW using the Admin Utilities to then use the "Xth NEW..." options.

YES! That is exactly what we just tested. Seems to be doing well so far!
