Hi,

ViciBox 6.0.4.(iso) | Asterisk 1.8.32-3-vici | VERSION: 2.14-594a BUILD: 170226-0850 | Cluster Setup | Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2609 V3 | 16GB DDR4 RAM | 1TB (SAS) |No Digium/Sangoma Hardware | No Extra Software After Installation | Virtualized on XenServer

Question:

I did a Blended Campaign on which for Inbound Calls, I did the following:

Option 1
In-Group: AgentGroup
Route: INGROUP
Search Method: LB
LISTID : 99901
Campaign ID: AgentGroup

Option 2
In-Group: AgentGroup
Route: INGROUP
Search Method: LB
LISTID : 99902
Campaign ID: AgentGroup

Using this setting, I would like to know if a inbound caller dialed through the IVR and press 1, will this be recorded in the ListID 99901? and if the caller press 2, will this be recorded in 99902? I am understanding the use if LIST ID correctly?

My problem was that during the extraction of report, the number for 99902 and 99901 does not tally with our disposition calls.

Thanks!

How are calls getting to each of those?

How are calls getting to the IVR(call menu)?

And for both, what Handle Method was used?

Hi mflorell,

Calls are going through a ISDN line then through vicidial DID then routed to a Call MENU.

then from Call Menu there are option 1 routed to ingroup then List id 99901 then option 2 routed to ingroup then list id 99902

Handle Method is CID.

Just need to verify if based on this, could I get the number of call per when users press1 and press2?

Thanks!

Yes, that should give you the number pressed 1 and 2.
