Getting inbound and manualy dialing from outbound campaign

I am Curious if i get calls by creating a inbound campaign. once i want to call back the number i got call from from a manual dial campaign, how is that possible because as far as i understood that agent can login only one campaign at a time. so everytime the agent should logout and login to outbound from inbound and dial the number manually. Having 2 carriers one for inbound and for outbound separately. I am using vicidial 2.1
