Inbound Calls Discrepancy

We noticed that few calls were dropped in Inbound Queue however agents were available at that time but still calls were dropped and when I run “Export Calls Report” it showed that call was transfer to agents.
User Stats for that agents also show data for that same call with status “DROP” and same thing is reflecting if we check data from “Search For A Lead”
This is happening with multiple calls, export call report image is attached. Please advise.

Asterisk 1.8.23.0-vici, libpri-1.4.15 with DAHDI Version: 2.11
Dell R720 – No additional hardware.
