i read a vicidial manager manuel and i would like to know what is the meaning of a hopper level 1, 2, 3....etc.
please help me thanks

hopper level = maximum number of calls placed in one minute
We usually recommend setting the hopper level to 3 x the number of calls you expect to place every minute. You can go higher, but we would not recommend setting it to 2000 for a 10 agent campaign for example.
