Dial USA and transfer to UK ?

How to make call to USA and then transfer the call to UK as 3rd party Transfer ?

VERSION: 2.4-309a
BUILD: 110430-1642
No other software installed on the box.
I've read the manager manual.

It's just a transfer, you just need to use a different dial prefix, which you can set as a default in the Campaign Detail -> 3-way dial prefix field
