Vdad campaign outbound report

I was hoping someone can help me out with this.

I was looking at the vdad campaign outbound report and i am wondering about the Category column. ( undefined)

Is this something that you can voluntarily assigned per disposition as to what category it should belong or this has its own selection of categories that we need to activate?

If so i would just want this report very more useful than it is and for clients to have a better understanding.

Have you read the ViciDial Manager Manual?
