I found this interesting predictive dialer. I think it is based on Vicidial.

It is based on astGUIclient 1.1.11, has not been updated in quite a while ans will not work with the current astGUIclient release. The interface is available at the project website under DialPrix project download.

This is a different set of php scripts for vicidial and is not supported by the project.
