Best VoIP provider

Postby mcdeeiis » Mon May 07, 2012 3:22 pm

Which is the best VoIP provider that works fine with ViciDial server?
Best in terms of
1. Call/Audio Quality
2. Ease of use
3. Support Type
4. Per minute usage

My Location : CT, USA
Calls terminating : USA/Canada

Thanks,

You should look for providers that targets contactcenters/callcenters

And also edit your post so readers know where you are calling and can advise you

We use http://www.teamgts.com/. Although we don't send them too much traffic from ViciDial, we do have other dialers in other plataforms running. We have days where we have 500+ calls connected with no problem at all. They are able to support TONS of calls at once. Their service is great, quality is superb! ...pricing..., I dunno, I don't write the checks.... ;)

I have used this carrier called VoIP Essential (www.voipessential.com) and they seem pretty good, good support too.

@DefLeppard - Are you using this carrier for call center? How many channels?

@mcdeeiis We use about 200 channels for our 2 call centers. From what I am being told, they can support a lot more. Call their toll free number 855455VOIP and ask for Sean, he helps us with our account.

Thanks for the refferal Defleppard. We started using them recently and they were VERY helpful in setting up our account. They also helped us with some issues we had on our Vicidial!

As of today, they are our 1st provider and we keep the old one as failover!.
